Attached is a chart of legislation that has been filed as of February 26, 2020; the chart will continue to be updated for presentation to the Board at its March 6, 2020 meeting.
The Board has historically reviewed legislation that will affect the laws administered by the Board of Ethics, as well as legislation that will affect the administrative processes of the Board. The Board has made recommendations to either support, oppose or take no action with respect to the legislation.
