Felicia Ann Hendl is the Clerk of Court of West Feliciana Parish. Ms. Hendl intends to retire on June 30, 2020. The Clerk-Elect intends to purchase a new computer to begin her term of office. After Ms. Hendl retires, she desires to purchase the computer she used during her term of office.

La. R.S. 42:1121A(1) prohibits a former agency head or elected official, for a period of two years following the termination of his public service as the head of such agency or as an elected public official serving in such agency, from assisting another person, for compensation, in a transaction, or in an appearance in connection with a transaction, involving that agency or render any service on a contractual basis to or for such agency.
La. R.S. 42:1102(20.1) provides that "service" means the performance of work, duties, or responsibilities, or the leasing, rental, or sale of movable or immovable property.
