Attached is a chart of legislation that has been filed as of April 3, 2020.
The Board has historically reviewed legislation that will affect the laws administered by the Board of Ethics, as well as legislation that will affect the administrative processes of the Board. The Board has made recommendations to either support, oppose or take no action with respect to the legislation.
The Board, at its March 6, 2020 took a position to the bills with the exception of the following that were filed since that meeting: HB 755, HB 784, and HB 866.
