Rodney Warren is employed by the Bienville Parish Police Jury as the Secretary/Treasurer. Nacole Warren, Rodney Warren's wife, is the Registrar of Voters for Bienville Parish. The Parish is responsible for for providing part of the salary for the Registrar of Voters as well as office space and operating expenses. Mr. Warren's position typically is one of the two persons who signs the checks to pay the salary for his wife's position.
