Blake Cooper is the Executive Director of the Central Louisiana Regional Port Commission. The Port Commission's members are appointed by the City of Alexandria, City of Pineville, Rapides Parish Police Jury, and the Town of Boyce. The Executive Director is employed by the Port Commission; however, there is no employment contract.
