RE:
A request for an advisory opinion, submitted by Derek Chisholm (the Associate Vice President of AECOM), seeking approval of disclaimer language.
Facts:
In Docket No. 2018-959, Mr. Chisholm requested an advisory opinion concerning the maximum allowed value for prizes given to public servants by AECOM. Derek Chisholm, the Associate Vice President of AECOM, provided that AECOM holds contracts with the Capitol Region Planning Commission in Baton Rouge. AECOM created a rideshare program intended to improve air quality and reduce traffic congestion. The program was designed to encourage commuters to commute to work by bicycle or carpool. AECOM would like to encourage this behavior by giving away prizes. AECOM sets up booths in front of government offices and tries to get employees to sign up for ridesharing software at the booth. AECOM originally gave away candy, pens and minor promotional items, but AECOM wanted to give away better prizes.

Mr. Chisholm originally asked about what disclaimers they should use. The Board instructed Mr. Chisholm/AECOM that disclaimers were not within the Board's jurisdiction. The current request is again asking the Board to help craft disclaimer language that AECOM intends to use on its promotional material.

Recommendations:
Decline to render.
