Robert McKnight requests a waiver and states the following:
As a first time candidate with very limited resources, they had very minimal fundraising activities. He was simply unaware of the filing deadline at that time. He intends to run for office again, and rest assured this will not happen again, because he has learned many tough lessons.

Staff spoke with a newly-hired report preparer on November 12, 2019 about what needed to be amended on 10-P report and that 10-G report need to be filed.
