On March 13, 2003 the Village of Dry Prong annexed Hillview Acres Subdivision into its corporate limits.
On January 17, 2008, the streets in Hillview Acres Subdivision were dedicated for public use by the developers of the subdivision.
Billy Chandler served on the Board of Aldermen for the Village of Dry Prong from 2016 until June 2020.
Billy Chandler is one of four individuals who developed the Hillview Acres Subdivision and still owns certain lots in the subdivision.
Maintenance and upkeep of the statutorily dedicated roadways in Hillview Acres Subdivision is being considered by the Village of Dry Prong.
