The board meeting dates proposed are done so based on a similar schedule for 2020 - with the meeting starting on the first Thursday of the month and ending on Friday.
The only exception to this general rule are the proposed dates for the April meeting, because the first Friday in April is Good Friday, which is a state holiday. The staff proposed having the meeting the following Thursday and Friday (April 8-9, 2021). The alternative would be to have a one day meeting on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
