In connection with her request for a reconsideration of a waiver of the $2,500 late fee assessed for the late filing of her Supplemental campaign finance report, Marie Williams maintains that this is her first late filing. She further states that she would like the Board to waive or reduce the late fee. Ms.Williams is a major level candidate. This is her second campaign. She was an unsuccessful candidate.
