In connection with her request for a waiver of the $1,400 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance report, Lori M. Berteau, on behalf of LA Propane Gas Association PAC states that upon her return from maternity leave, she received notice from the Campaign Finance division regarding the committee's requirement to file a 30-P campaign finance disclosure report. She maintains that the committee normally files Annual reports; however, she was unaware that a 30-P report was required in connection with an election year.
