In connection with his request for a waiver of the $480 and $600 late fees assessed for the late filings of a 30-P and 10-P campaign finance disclosure reports, Ray M. Nicholas states that he was busy on the campaign trail, and simply forgot to file his reports. Mr. Nicholas is a district level candidate. This is his fifth election. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
