In connection with his request for a waiver of the $480 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance report, Shawn Granger states that he received the wrong packet information from the Vernon Parish Clerk of Court. The packet he received was for an "any other level" office candidate. He further states that he was unopposed and had no activity in connection with his campaign. Mr. Granger is a district level candidate. This is his third election.
