In connection with his request for a waiver of the $660 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance report, Irving "Sweetie" Barfield states it was an oversight that his report was untimely filed. He further states that he was unaware he was required to file the report. He maintains that upon receipt of notice from the Campaign Finance division, the report was immediately filed. Mr. Barfield is district level candidate. This is his fourth election. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
