Request that the Board waive the $420 campaign finance late fee assessed against Bobby "Beck" Grabert, a candidate for State Representative, District 55, in the October 22, 2011 election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 7 days late. |

In connection with his request for a waiver of the $420 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance report, Albert W. Courcelle, on behalf of the candidate, states that his firm was responsible for preparing reports for the candidate. He further states that the candidate had no financial activity during the first reporting period. He maintains that they misunderstood the filing requirements and did not prepare a report because the candidate had zero activity. Mr. Grabert is a district level candidate. This is his first election. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
