In connection with her request for a waiver of the $60 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance disclosure report, Marva Lumar, states that her report was untimely filed due to she was unaware of the reporting requirements. She further states that as of two weeks ago, she has been suffering from kidney stones, and therefore ask that the Board waive the late. Ms. Lumar is a district level candidate. This is her first election. She was an unsuccessful candidate.
