In connection with her request for a waiver of the $300 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance report, Brenda Daniels, on behalf of David E. Daniels, states that she mis-read the filing date for the report. It was her understanding that the report was due the first of October instead of late September. Mr. Daniels is a district level candidate. This is his first election. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
