In connection with his request for a waiver of the $1,400 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance report, Jules A. Carville, III, chairman on behalf of the committee, states that the committee is a new PAC and was unfamiliar with the filing requirements for elections in which the committee made contributions.
The political committee disclosed on its 2010 annual report that it made a contribution to a candidate in the October 22, 2011 election.
