In connection with his request for a waiver of the $120 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-P campaign finance report, Lennie Graham, Jr., states that the report was mailed on the date that it was due. He further states that he is unsure why the report was not received until two days later. Mr. Graham is a district level candidate. This is his sixth campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
