Request that the Board waive the $420 late fee assessed against Clarence Williams, a candidate for Assessor of Terrebonne Parish, in the October 22, 2011 election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 7 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request for a waiver of the $420 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance report, Clarence Williams states that due to the amount of time he spent on fundraising for his campaign; he unintentionally overlooked the filing date, therefore his report was filed untimely. Mr. Williams is a district level candidate. This is his fourth campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
