In connection with his request for a waiver of the $300 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-P campaign finance report, Randall M. "Randy" Deshotel states that his report was filed untimely due to his forgetfulness and he simply forgot to file the report on or before the date it was due. Upon receipt of notice from the Campaign Finance division, the report was immediately filed. Mr. Deshotel is a district level candidate. This is his first campaign. He was a successful candidate.
