In connection with his request for a waiver of the $673 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance report, Gerald "Scooter" Hamms, states that he timely filed his report, however, the information he provided was not on the right form. He maintains that it was brought to his attention by speaking with someone in the Campaign Finance division that he needed to re-file his report using the correct form. He maintains that he immediately re-submitted his report. Mr. Hamms is a district level candidate. This is his fourth campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
