Request that the Board waive the $660 campaign finance late fee assessed against Heurlin C. Delpit, a candidate for State Representative, District 58, in the October 22, 2011 election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 11 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request for a waiver of the $660 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance disclosure report, Heurlin C. Delpit, states that he is a first time candidate and did not understand the reporting requirements for filing his report. He further states that because of financial hardship, he is unable to pay the assessed late fee. Mr. Delpit is a district level candidate. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
