In connection with her request for a waiver of the $400 late fee assessed for the late filing of an EDE-P campaign finance report, Rebecca L. "Becky" Crawford, states that she was informed by the Campaign Finance division that she did not have a report due except her final report of the primary election (10-G report) which was timely filed on November 4, 2011. She further states that she is unable to pay the late fee and apologize for her misunderstanding of the filing instructions. Ms. Crawford is an any other level candidate. This is her fifth campaign. She was an unsuccessful candidate.
