In connection with his request for a waiver of the $80 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-P campaign finance report, Charles "I Spy" Ketchens states that he is in a financial bind and would like for the Board to consider waiving the late fee. Mr. Ketchens is an any other level candidate. This is his fourth campaign. He was a successful candidate.
