In connection with his request for a waiver of the $900 late fee assessed for the late filing of an EDE-P campaign finance report, Glenny Lee Buquet states his accountant timely filed all of his reports, except for the EDE-P report. He further states that it was an oversight on the part of his accountant. When he notified his accountant of the oversight, the report was immediately filed. Mr. Buquet is a major level candidate. This is his seventh campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
