Request that the Board waive the $7,729 in campaign finance late fees assessed against Revitalizing Our Community, a political action committee , whose three (3) Specials, EDE-P, and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were 10, 6, 1, 365, and 352 day(s) late. |

In connection with his request for a waiver of the $7,729 in late fees assessed for the late filings of (3) Specials, EDE-P and 10-G campaign finance reports, Jonald J. Walker, III, on behalf of the committee states that the dates reflected on Schedule A of Special reports filed by the committee, with regard to contributions, are dates the checks were written, but does not reflect the date their client received the checks from the contributor nor the date the checks were deposited into the PAC's account. As for the EDE-P and 10-G reports, the PAC was unaware of the requirement to file the reports and believed that only an Annual report was needed for the 2010 calender year.
