In connection with his request for a waiver of the $540 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-P campaign finance report, Rita M. Borne, on behalf of the candidate states that his report was timely filed, however, it was filed on paper form. She further states that they were unaware of the requirement to file the report electronically. Once notice was received from the Campaign Finance division, the report was electronically filed within nine days as requested. Mr. Adams is a district level candidate. This is his first campaign. He was a successful candidate.
