Request that the Board waive the $600 and $600 campaign finance late fees assessed against Ambrose J. Pratt, a candidate for State Representative, District 97, in the April 4, 2009 election, whose two (2) Supplemental campaign finance disclosure reports were 478 and 115 days late. |

In connection with his request for a waiver of the $600 and $600 late fees assessed for the late filings of two (2) Supplemental campaign finance reports, Ambrose J. Pratt, states that he was unaware of his requirement to file the reports. Additionally, the US postal service did not forward correspondence from the Ethics Board to his new mailing address. Mr. Pratt maintains that the only activity that continues to remain on his reports is a personal loan that he made to his campaign. Mr. Pratt also states that he is presently recovering from a major surgery and any late fee assessment would be a financial hardship. Mr. Pratt is a district level candidate. This is his first campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
