In connection with her request for a waiver of the $540 late fee assessed for the late filing of the 10-G campaign finance report, Jeanne B. Hall states that she is a first time candidate, who was unfamiliar with the filing requirements. She further states that it was her understanding that since she was not successful in her campaign, she was not required to file a 10-G campaign finance report. She maintains that she spent a great deal of her own money to fund her campaign and does not have funds left to cover the late fee. She will have to take money from her personal savings, which will cause her financial hardship.
