Request that the Board waive the $360 campaign finance late fee assessed against Lennie L. Graham, Jr., a candidate for Chief of Police for the Town of Manhgam, in the October 22, 2011 election, whose EDE-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 6 days late. |

In connection with his request for a waiver of the $360 late fee assessed for the late filing of the EDE-P campaign finance report, Lennie L. Graham, Jr. states that he honestly believed that since he did not have expenditures, he was not required to file an election day expenditure report. He maintains that it was just human error on his part, and he takes full responsibility for not filing the report timely. Mr. Graham is a district level candidate. This is his 6th campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
