In connection with his request for a waiver of the $320 late fee assessed for the late filing of an EDE-P campaign finance report, Gerald Mike McLeod, states that due to his wife becoming ill prior to the primary election, being in the hospital and dr's office with her for the past 3 ½ weeks, and her being diagnosed with cancer, he was not able to timely file his report. Mr. McLeod is an any other level candidate. This is his sixth campaign. He was a successful candidate.
