Request that the Board waive the $440, $120, and $40 campaign finance late fees assessed against Lucien J. Gauff, III, a candidate for St. John the Baptist Council, Division A, in the October 22, 2011 election, whose EDE-P, 10-G, and EDE-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 11, 3, and 1 day(s) late. |

In connection with his request for a waiver of the $440, $120, and $40 late fees assessed for the late filings of the EDE-P, 10-G, and EDE-G campaign finance reports, Lucien J. Gauff, III states that the October 22, 2011 election was the first major election in which he participated, received contributions of $5,000 or more, and was required to complete financial reports. He further states that he was unfamiliar with the Campaign Finance disclosure reporting process. He did not have a campaign finance manager and relied mostly upon the help of his family. Mr. Gauff is an any other level candidate. This is his third campaign. He was a successful candidate.
