Request that the Board waive the $360 campaign finance late fee assessed against Jonathan Holloway, a candidate for State Representative, District 101 in the October 22, 2011 election, whose EDE-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 6 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request for a waiver of the $360 late fee assessed for the late filing of the EDE-P campaign finance report, Jonathan Holloway states that he inadvertently followed the filing schedule for the general election. Mr. Holloway is a district level candidate. This is his second campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
