In connection with his request for a waiver of the $540 late fee assessed for the late filing of the 10-G campaign finance report, James J. "Jimmy" Licciardi, Jr. states that the late filing of his report was due to an oversight. He maintains that since he lost in the primary October 22, 2011 election, he believed that he was not required to file a 10-G campaign finance report. Mr. Licciardi is a district level candidate. This is his third campaign.
