Mr. McCullen filed his Legislative and Executive ER-11/11 lobbying expenditure report that was due by December 27, 2011, two days late on December 29, 2011. He was assessed a late fee of $100. Mr. McCullen states that his mother passed on December 22, 2011 and her funeral was on December 26, 2011 with burial in Monroe, LA on December 27, 2011.It was until he returned to his offce December 29, 2011 that he realized he had not filed the report.
