Ms. Delaune filed her Executive ER-12/11 lobbying expenditure report that was due by January 25, 2012, one day late on January 26, 2012. She was assessed a late fee of $50. Ms. Delaune states that she did not receive an e-mail reminder for the December report.
I have looked back and the e-mail and Ms. Delaune was in fact sent an e-mail reminder.
