In connection with his request for a waiver of the $280 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-G campaign finance report, Nathaniel "Nat" Jones states that his report was mailed and postmarked on November 6, 2011. He further states that he does not understand why his mail was delivered late. Mr. Jones is an any other level candidate. This is his 4th campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
A review of the envelope in which the 10-G campaign finance report was mailed, shows a postmarked date of November 16, 2011.
