In connection with his request for a waiver of the $540 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-P campaign finance report, Randy Whittington, states that because he was not familiar with the filing forms, his report were untimely filed. He maintains that he believed that all of the reports he filed were current. He further states that the he is on a fixed income and the fee would present a financial hardship for his family. Mr. Whittington is a district level candidate. This is his first campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
