In connection with his request for a waiver of the $3,000 and $1,000 late fees assessed for the late filings of a 30-P and 10-P campaign finance reports, Clark Gunderson, on behalf of the committee, states that all of their PAC activity typically falls prior to the commencement of the Legislative Session. However, during the fall of 2011, the committee wrote two checks to candidates. As soon as they were notified by the Campaign Finance division of the requirement to file the reports, the reports were immediately filed.
