Request that the Board waive the $400 and $200 campaign finance late fees assessed against Thomas M. Tolar, a candidate for Tangipahoa Parish Council, District 1, in the October 22, 2011 election, whose EDE-P and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 13 and 5 days late. |

In connection with his request for a waiver of the $400 and $200 late fees assessed for the late filings of an EDE-P and 10-G campaign finance reports, Tom M. Tolar states that he believed that he successfully faxed his reports, however, he received notice from the Campaign Finance division that the reports had not been received. He immediately faxed the reports upon receipt of notice. Mr. Tolar is an "any other" level candidate. This is his second campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
