In connection with his request for a waiver of the $700 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 90-P campaign finance report, Eugene Green, states that prior to December 15, 2011, his campaign had no financial activity that would require the filing of a 90-P report. He further states that all financial activity from his campaign took place after the December 15, 2011 deadline. Mr. Green is a major level candidate. This is his second campaign.
