Request that the Board waive the $540 campaign finance late fee assessed against Jerry Wayne Trichel, a candidate for State Representative, District 15 in the October 22, 2011 election, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 9 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request for a waiver of the $540 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-G campaign finance report, Jerry Wayne Trichel, states that he disagrees with the assessment of the late fee. He states he filed all of his reports online before the general election. He also states that his campaign only had $800 in activity.
