In connection with his request for a waiver of the $600 late fee assessed for the late filing of an EDE-P campaign finance report, Benny Douglas, states that he misread the filing dates and believed that the 10-G campaign finance due on November 9, 2011, was the last report he was required to file for the October 22, 2011 election. Mr. Douglas is a district level candidate. This is his third campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
