Request that the Board waive the $480 campaign finance late fee assessed against Fred Everhardt, a candidate for St. Bernard Parish Council, in the October 22, 2011 election, whose 40-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 8 days late. |

In connection with his request for a waiver of the $480 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 40-G campaign finance report, Fred Everhardt, states that due to personal circumstances, he was not able to file his report until January 6, 2012. He maintains that he is a commercial fisherman who cannot afford to pay the $480 late fee, and ask that the late fee be waived. Mr. Everhardt is a district level candidate. This is fourth campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
