Alfred Olinde of Reasonover & Olinde was required to file a R.S. 42:1114.2 disclosure report disclosing expenditures made on officials of the Firefighters Retirement System. The report is required to be filed bi-annually on August 15th and February 15th, respectively. The report due on February 15, 2010 covering July 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 was filed on March 4, 2010, 17 days late. Reasonover & Olinde was assessed a $1,700 late fee ($100 per day not to exceed $2,500).

La. R.S. 42:1114.2 provides that each person who has or is seeking to obtain contractual or other business or financial relationships with a state or statewide public retirement system shall file with the Board of Ethics, in the manner provided in this Section, a report of all expenditures for a retirement official or retirement officials.
