In connection with her request for a waiver of the $100 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-G campaign finance report, Lee P. Barrios states that she believed that she electronically filed her report on the afternoon of the date that it was due. However, the file validator indicated that there were errors with her filing of the report. Therefore, she had to wait until the next day to obtain assistance with correcting her report. She was able to successfully electronically file her report the next day. Ms. Lee is a major level candidate. This is her first election. She was an unsuccessful candidate.
