In connection with his request for a waiver of the $360 late fee assessed for the late filing of a Special campaign finance report, Merlin Squyres, on behalf of the candidate, states that he is the Treasurer and this is his first election that he has had to prepare reports. He maintains that he thought the Special report had to be filed within 48 hours of the election, but found out that the report was to be filed within 48 hours of the transaction. Mr. Posey is an any other level candidate. This is his fifth campaign. He was a successful candidate.
