In connection with his request for a waiver of the $400 late fee assessed for the late filing of a Supplemental campaign finance report, Robert N. Amacker, Jr. states that he was unaware that the report was due. He maintains that he did not receive notice that the report was due, until February 20, 2012. Mr. Amacker is an any other level candidate. This is his third campaign. He was a successful candidate.
