In connection with his request for a waiver of the $280 late fee assessed for the late filing of a Supplemental campaign finance report, Shelton Dartez, states that his report was untimely filed due to he was unfamiliar with filing requirements. Upon notice from the Campaign Finance division, he immediately filed his report. Mr. Dartez is a district level candidate. This is his third campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
